It's A Matter Of Focus
I focus on the person who I'm teaching or coaching. Curriculum is important and needed. However, I'm not so focused
on getting through a lesson plan to the point of ignoring the needs of each and every person. People can learn new things!
They want to learn and improve their life. I build bridges of trust and integrity so they can be free to learn and apply
that knowledge in their work and life. I strive to practice this principle in working with Senior Management as well as with
individual associates.
